Gardeners Encouraged to Prepare Now for Hot, Dry Summer Conditions

Central West gardeners are rolling up their sleeves with spring well underway, with now the best time to start pruning flowering shrubs.

It’s also a good time to be fertilising roses and keeping an eye out for aphids and black spots. But with hot conditions expected, green thumbs are being encouraged to consider irrigation measures.
