A petition to NSW Parliament calling for an audit of bus stops and installation of CCTV cameras across the state and the Central West has garnered over 7,000 signatures.
There are hundreds of bus stops across Bathurst and Orange, and campaigners say cameras and lighting should be added to improve safety.
