The Bathurst community is being invited to stand with Nepal tonight at a candlelight vigil at the War Memorial Carillon from 5:15pm.
Family members and friends of the Nepalese community in the Central West are among those missing or feared killed in the disaster.
A cultural festival which was supposed to be held tonight, has been cancelled – with the vigil to be held in its place.
