A Facebook Group for parents and carers of people with autism is growing to support those finding it difficult to access services.
The Bathurst Orange autism support group for families and caregivers is a place to share challenges, triumphs and ideas with community.
Erin Fisher has worked as a Special Ed teacher. When her family moved to the Central West, she found it difficult to connect with other caregivers.
That’s since changed with the new group.
