Charles Sturt University has welcomed the Federal Government’s decision to expand placement payments to allied health disciplines, but is calling for medicine and veterinary science to be included in the scheme.
The Government is set to include disciplines like occupational therapy, paramedicine and pharmacy for weekly payments of $338.60.
