As of the 3rd of August, staff at Woolworths will be wearing a face mask in order to slow the spread of the virus and to protect themselves and others. It will also be recommended for customers to put a mask on while shopping. While this is not mandatory for customers, it is safer and better and will ease the mind of others. No one wants to be labelled as a “Karen”, so why not just wear the mask and avoid the humiliation? When someone coughs, talks, sneezes they could release germs into the air that may infect others nearby.
